These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jake AI’s website and services (“Service”), operated by us (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Jake AI provides tools to create and edit resumes, including optional AI-assisted features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Where we offer paid features (for example, a one-time lifetime purchase), pricing is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; their terms may also apply.
Refunds are not available. All fees are non-refundable unless we are required to provide a refund under applicable law that cannot be waived. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or unused access.
You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access others’ data without authority, interfere with our systems, or use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.
Except where stated below, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ATS compatibility.
We guarantee that resumes you create and export through the Service use ATS-compatible structure and formatting (clear headings, conventional sections, and export options intended for applicant tracking systems). If you believe an export from the Service is not ATS-compatible in line with that guarantee, contact us at ally.sbahaei@gmail.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
We do not guarantee job outcomes, interview success, or that every employer’s proprietary parsing or screening tool will treat your file identically.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, zero pounds).
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
